My Simple Dog Life

I ARRIVED March 3, 2001. MY MUM Sam WAS a BEAUTIFUL GRACEFUL black Labrador. I DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT MY DAD OTHER THAN he was a huge brown labrador (from palmy north) and a real DEAL PEDIGREE stud (just like me). FROM THEIR GENES I INHERITED A RICH DARK CHOCOLATE COAT. ANYWAYS, my adopted parents PETER BEE & SHIREE CHOSE ME AS I WAS THE CHEEKIEST - SO WE SET OFF ON A WONDROUS ADVENTURE TOGETHER WHICH LASTed 15YRS.

I had an absolutely amazing time while here - incredible really - chasing many cats, demolishing loads of bones, grabbing filled rolls off desks, hanging out of car windows, going on my kayak and paddle board with shiree, cruising IN OUR BOAT MAYBELLE, DRIVING IN MY CABLE CAr, flying ON A PLANE TO PICTON, eating through telecom cables, winning the World's fastest pizza eating contest, hanging out in the office as the ceo, going to the martinborough fair & living in the 'boro chasing cows and hanging with my horse friends, completing thousands of runs INCLUDING HALF MARATHONS and up mountains, along rivers, and into canyons, and then LATER IN LIFE my speedy booyah buggy rides, weeing on lamp posts AND pooping in GARDENS, swimming in the ocean, in pools and in bathtubs - it was HONESTLY a TOTAL blast - just sad when i got too SORE AND TOO old to walk and my parents HAD TO LOOK AFTER ME FULL-TIME and feed and help me go toilets, and stroke my sore head and aching body.

according to the super knowledgeable science people (known as Vets) towards the end of my life I SUFFERED VARIOUS HUMAN TAGGED AILMENTS - and my Human equivalent age OF 104 WAS AGAINST Me too - so, theIR list included - SEVERE ARTHRITIS in all four limbs and joints, PNEUMONIA, & 'THEY THINK' signs of NEUROLOGICAL DISFUNCTION (fancy words for 'slightly LOST my MARBLES') and finally . . . BRAIN CANCER. REALLY, IT WAS THE CANCER AT THE ROOT OF SOME OF THE 'UNKNOWN' CAUSES - I WANT TO THANK MY PARENTS FOR THEIR LOVE AND CARE THROUGHOUT. I ALSO do want to thank THE VETS for the times they saved my Arse too and there were several (PLUS the liver snack treats - truth is that's the only reason I went to see them!). they are probably mostly right in their prognosis - not entirely. I WAS STILL EATING & bowl drinking, going toilets, AND SNUGGLING ON THE DAY I raced to get IN THE RAINBOW TAXI.

I PASSED AWAY PEACEFULLY IN THE ARMS OF MY MUM SHIREE ON A LATE SUMMER'S AFTERNOON JANUARY 13, 2016 SURROUNDED BY ABSOLUTE PURE LOVE. BOTH MY PARENTS CRADLED ME AS THEY WIPED their PAINFUL TEARS OF SORROW AND THEN I WAS OFF IN THE TAXI TO 333 LAZY BONES LANE, D.H. 

my HUMAN parents looked after me FROM THE DAY THEY PICKED ME UP, right until the end - they were never far away. they were VERY special to me and I love them now from up here in dog heaven. I WILL always PROTECT THEM LIKE THEY FIERCELY DID FOR ME.

This site is my dedication to Pete and Shiree, to my work pals, to my brothers and sisters, and all the bitches I met and now keep in contact with via my fidofone cloud account.

I want to tell both of my parents to CONTINUE TO go for it. live this earthly life to the fullest like I did and to keep smiling.
